"We enjoyed two meals at the Pine Tent restaurant and although we really wanted to have dinner at the Cascade restaurant, they were booked solid all night and since we didn't have a reservation we missed that opportunity."

While the hotel boasts beautiful grounds and a prime location in nature, the service leaves much to be desired. Our check-in was frustrating, with delays and inadequate communication from the staff. The rooms were not up to standard considering the price, and our dining experience was equally disappointing. Overall, it was a mixed stay where the natural beauty wasn't enough to compensate for the service issues.

The rooms were in need of maintenance and felt outdated. The bathroom sink was chipped, and the shower did not meet resort standards, which was disappointing given the high room rate.

We had a lovely weekend getaway staying in a lodge that was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly luxurious for a place known mainly for camping. The dining at the restaurant was great, though we missed out on the dinner at another restaurant because they were fully booked. The beautiful surroundings and mild weather made our stay even better, but it would have been nice to have a reservation option for the busier dining venues.

The resort has stunning grounds and beautiful ocean views, making it a lovely getaway spot. While we appreciated the relaxation and upscale amenities offered, we found the service to be quite lacking, especially during a busy holiday time. The restaurant's food quality and service could use serious improvement, which detracted from our overall experience.
